How many team members can I invite?
Up to 3 people can now participate in a Team. This has increased several limits over the past few months to meet demand.
What is maximum file upload size?
No more than 2GB. All files in your account must fit your allotted storage space.
How do I reset my password?
Enter your login email address and click Reset Password. Soon you'll receive a Forgot Your Password email.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can use our self-help flow to cancel a subscription.
Do you provide additional support?
Needs can be both long- and short-term, or can simply refer to the help a child or young person needs in getting through a difficult period.
